Australian Oboe and Cor Anglais player and teacher. Martin has played in a number of orchestras in Australia, including the Melbourne Symphony and the Queensland Symphony amongst others, before he took the job as Principal Oboe in the Auckland Philharmonia in 1995. He regularly appears as a soloist in New Zealand with the Auckland Philharmonia, Auckland Chamber Orchestra and the Dunedin Sinfonia.
